Our office is headed by a Director who oversees all operations. The internal divisions include the Afforestation Section, Management Section, and Administration Section (which also handles personnel management concurrently), as well as the Accounting Office. Depending on operational needs, additional units such as the Nursery Unit, Botanical Garden Unit, and Park Unit may be established.
The organization comprises 14 staff members and 22 technical workers and laborers, totaling 36 personnel. Responsibilities include seedling cultivation within the county, afforestation and forest maintenance, environmental greening and beautification, major road maintenance, forest pest and disease control, street tree pruning, removal of dead or hazardous trees, park management, interpretation and environmental education promotion, native species conservation, forest land management, forest operations, and utilization of forest products.
